While Tibetan Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine both use needles to stimulate the flow of energy through the body, the paths of the meridians that they identify are different. This gentle but effective technique can correct imbalances caused by excess, deficiency or blockage of energy in the channels and the connected organs.
Acupuncture is widely known in the West (effectively anywhere outside China) for its efficacy treating joint injuries, back pain, and infertility but it is also indicated for conditions as varied as hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders, chronic nerve pain, insomnia, sinus infection and asthma.
